Terms of Service
Last updated June 8, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of Founders Hive. By joining or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Founders Hive provides an online membership community for founders, including access to a private community, mentors, resources, and related features (the "Service"). These Terms form an agreement between you and Founders Hive.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Your membership is personal to you — keep your access credentials and your single-use Discord invite private and don't share them.
3. Membership & payment
- Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) through our payment processor, Stripe.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel.
- Prices and plan features may change; we'll give reasonable notice of changes that affect you.
- Discount or 100%-off codes may be offered at our discretion and can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel at any time; your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it won't renew. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for periods already started.
5. Community conduct
By participating in the community (including Discord) you agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other members.
- Spam, solicit, or post misleading or unlawful content.
- Share other members' private information without consent.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
We may warn, suspend, or remove members who breach these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content and information you share. You grant us a limited license to use it as needed to operate the Service (for example, to match you with relevant people and resources).
7. No guarantees
Founders Hive provides connections, guidance, and resources — not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice, and not a guarantee of funding, outcomes, or results. Decisions you make remain your own.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as Stripe and Discord, each governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for those services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Founders Hive is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the Service over time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
